
Dr. Yavuz Borazan
He completed his Master's Degree (MBA) in the Department of Business Administration at Bahçesehir University, Faculty of Social Sciences. He completed his thesis titled 'Employer Branding in Global Companies' with the contributions of Arçelik and OTOKAR companies. He is in the complated his doctorate in IDU Business Administration. He wrote his doctoral thesis titled “The Impact Of Employer Branding On Employee Engagement, Cultural Fit And Talent Attraction- An Sectoral Comparative Study”

He carried the PY project, which was created in the consortium partnership of VISA, Habitat and UNDP (United Nations Development Program), abroad for the first time. Yavuz Borazan has been working as a consultant/trainer at Engin Baran Consulting, which provides consultancy and training services in the field of marketing and branding to companies in Turkey and Germany since 2014.

As a lecturer at Sabancı University EDU and BahçeÅŸehir University, he teaches ''Global Marketing'', ''Employer Branding from Theory to Practice'', ''Customer Experience in Marketing'' and ''Competitive Analysis'' to graduate students. He continues to write monthly articles on employer branding in BrandMap magazine. He has been working in the seminar and corporate relations unit at AKUT Search and Rescue Association since 2011. He is a council member in the formation of the Brand Council.
